HOW DO I PLACE MY TRADE ORDER?
If an item is currently in stock, simply visit shopverdant.com, and use your Trade Discount Code given to you upon your application acceptance to purchase ceramics at your member price.
WHAT IS MY LEAD TIME ON MY ORDER?
If an item is currently in stock, lead time is about 5-7 days to ship. If you are working with a service liaison to create a larger order, please allow 3 weeks to cast and produce the product, and 5-7 days to ship to you.
IS DINNERWARE AVAILABLE ON THE TRADE PROGRAM?
The current inventory available on our trade program are items within our Garden category (Verdure and Ikebana Vases, 4” and 6” Planters) and our Candles (Amber Santal, Anjou Pear, Charcoal, Desert Fig, Fir, Magnolia, Oud Wood, Pomelo, Salt, Sandstone, Shore, White Musk).
SHIPPING
GROUND
An 18% shipment fee will be charged at the time of purchase. This applies to wholesale partners domestic to the contiguous USA exclusively (Hawaii and Alaska not included) and is not extended for international shipments at this time. International orders and orders from outside the contiguous US will be invoiced the full rate of shipment, at time of shipment. Please note that Verdant is not responsible for any import fees or duties on international orders.
LOCAL
Partners local to Kansas City and Lawrence are welcome to pick up their orders from any Verdant location.
DAMAGES
If any of your items are damaged in shipment, please reach out to hello@shopverdant.com within 3 days of receiving the shipment. We only require that a photo of the damaged product be submitted but a photo of the box does help. In response, we’ll ship out your replacement item immediately and take care of the requirements of filing insurance claims on our end.
