Delivery Service
We deliver 7 days a week from 11am-6pm within the Kansas City metro area and Lawrence, KS with a minimum $40.00 purchase. Delivery is available from 11am-6pm with two time frames to choose from: 11am-2pm or 2pm-6pm. Same day Delivery cut-off is 2pm everyday. Customers ordering after 2pm can order for delivery the following day.
In-store flower arrangements are readily available and no pre-orders are required to collect flowers from Verdant. We proudly offer ready-made flowers and bouquets everyday of the week for walk-in customers from 10am-7pm!

Delivery Policy
Delivery drivers will not wait longer than 10 minutes for the recipients. We do not require our drivers hand-to-hand delivery for our flower arrangements unless during extreme weather conditions. If left outside, flower deliveries will be left in a protected area outside out of direct sunlight if possible. Recipients will always be notified that arrangements have arrived.
Events Delivery
We do not offer event & wedding deliveries - pickup only! Wedding pickups will be boxed up and labeled appropriately for ease and convenience from your preferred location.
Guarantee Policy
We guarantee our fresh flowers for 48 hours. If you are having problems keeping your flowers alive, please give us a ring and we will help you troubleshoot. There are rare times when flowers just simply do not last long… especially if delivered during extreme weather conditions. Please call us if your flowers do not last longer than 48 hours at (816) 945-6655, we want to help and we want you to enjoy your beautiful product!
Shipping + Returns
Online return
If for any reason you wish to return an item, you can start the process by emailing flowers@shopverdant.com. Please email your order number and the products that you’d like to return.
We accept returns within 15 days of the orders arrival. Please ensure that items are unused, undamaged, and wrapped in the original packaging materials.
Shipping costs incurred to and from the customer will be deducted automatically from the total refund.
Online exchange
We don’t offer direct exchanges online, but we do offer free returns for store credit so you can place a new order for an item in your preferred design.

In-shop exchange
If you would like to exchange an item in-person, our shop is open. Our stores are open Everyday 10-7. Find your nearest location here.
Shipping Details
Which shipping carrier will deliver my package?
We currently ship all orders using usps, ups or fedex.
What is the estimated shipping time for my order?
All orders can be expected to ship within 1-5 day business days.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order has shipped you will receive an automatic email with tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours to scan and update the movement of the package.
What do I do if I entered the wrong shipping address?
If you entered the wrong shipping address when placing your order, please send an email to flowers@shopverdant.com as soon as you can. If we receive the new address in time we will have it changed before your order goes out.
My order broke in transit, what should I do?
We work very diligently to wrap all of our orders with care. At times, items do break and we take full responsibility for the damage that happens. If something has broken, please take an image and send it to flowers@shopverdant.com. A replacement will be sent out immediately. We accept claims placed within 15 days of the order arrival.
What materials are used for shipment?
We use 100% recyclable materials to package and ship all orders. Your items will be rolled in a corrugated paper wrap, cushioned with paper fill and packaged in a recyclable box. We've put a lot of effort into ensuring all of our materials are recyclable and ask that you honor these efforts by recycling everything once it is in your care.
