Shopkeeper

Part-time, hourly $15-$17/hr (Pay based on years of floral experience)

Our shopkeeper role is designed to have a hand in every aspect of store operations! Shopkeepers are expected to design floral, care for plants, assist in merchandising and provide the highest level of customer service and packaging presentation to Verdant customers. 
Must be available to work holidays and weekends.
Part-Time: 20-25 Hours Per Week

Assistant Store Manager

Hourly, $18/hr

Our Assistant Store Manager role is designed to assist the Store Manger in customer service and execution of daily operations. This role is expected to participate in floral design, plant operations and care, inventory management, merchandising, and provide the highest level of customer service.

Must have minimum of 2 years career floral experience and 2 years managerial experience to qualify to interview for this role. Applicants without this experience will not qualify. 

Expected to work Holidays.

 Store Manager

Full-Time, Salary, Pay based on experience

Our Store Manager role is designed to be the store’s lead in customer service, execution of daily operations, and training. Managers are expected to oversee and participate in floral design, plant operations and care, inventory management, lead in merchandising, lead in training incoming employees and provide the highest level of customer service.
Store Managers are responsible to cover unexpected shifts due to staff issues. 
Store Managers are expected to work Tuesday - Saturday.
