WORKSHOP 

An evening of Ikebana arranging at Verdant in Morningside.

Time: August 22, 2026, 6:30 PM

This class includes introduction to caring for and preparing flowers and unexpected items for ikebana arrangements. We will work on developing an eye to select stems and materials for Ikebana designs.

Guests will receive a brief introduction to the history of Ikebana, a demonstration on the design process, and will work with our instructor to create an Ikebana arrangement of their own.

Experience: This is a beginner friendly workshop with no previous floral experience is needed. The workshop is estimated to be 1.5 hours of learning, hospitality and arranging.
