WORKSHOP 

An evening of Ikebana floral arranging at Verdant in Downtown Lawrence. 

Time: October 24, 2025, 6:30 PM

Location: 927 Massachusetts Street, Lawrence Kansas 

This class includes introduction to caring for and preparing flowers for ikebana arrangements as well as developing an eye to select stems for Ikebana designs. Guests will receive a brief introduction to the history of Ikebana, a demonstration on the design process, and will work with our instructor to create an Ikebana arrangement of their own.

Experience: This is a beginner friendly workshop with no previous floral experience is needed. The workshop is estimated to be 1.5 hours of learning, hospitality and arranging.
